Nathan worked me into a busy day--he repaired my sump pump rather than just saying I needed a new one (which would have been more lucrative and easier for him). The job was hard physical work and plenty messy! But he stuck with it to the end and charged me a price no one else in the area would have ever done the work for. I have a handful of business cards. Just had Nathan here today. Very nice and so honest! Really reasonable. Got the job done. Had another plumber here a few weeks ago. Snaked the drains, said they unclogged. Fast forward to yesterday, 8 inches of water in my basement, that would not drain. Will definitely call Patterson's anytime I need plumbing work done!

Nathan runs a top notch business with impeccable customer service. We were in quite a pinch with a clog in our main sewer line. A well known plumbing company tried to resolve the problem and then quoted us $8,400 to fix the issue they never actually pinpointed. This includes destroying a new patio and pergola we had recently installed. Nathan was respectful and understanding from the first phone call we had with him. Using his high pressure machine he had our clog cleared with an hour. No mess, no fuss, and for a very reasonable price. We really can't thank Mr. Patterson and his team enough for all their help. We HIGHLY recommend this company!!!!
